Thanks Margie. One can only speculate on why someone would want to drive the price down. Whoever put that/those orders through seemed to time them for their worst effect.

I suppose if someone who was holding a significant position with a gain in hand wanted to take a short position, dump some of their large position, force the price down, and then cover.

Well beyond what I know and understand.

Is that a possible scenario anyone?
