Pfeiffer kept saying that the equity structure has not been set yet. I still don't understand why it had to be announced today if the change will only occur at some point in the future. Maybe just to give AV the autonomy they need to build up to an IPO. I don't know about finance, but it sounds like AV would become a separate company but that CPQ would have an interest in return for its capitalizing and funding of the company for the first year. If you want AV shares I think your going to have to buy them. I hope this isn't right since EP did say something about "shareholder value" but the computer offer made a joke of any concern for shareholders.
