It seems like every time a brokerage house lowers their ratings Qwest takes a small drop to reflect a few investors that listen to the brokerage houses rating, and then moves up to new all time highs.

A number of analyst would be out of work if Qwest was the basis of their job performance. It seems that many analysts make estimates of stocks for the year, when the stock reaches their annual growth in a few months, rather then saying it's even better than I thought, they lower their rating as their pride tells them it's allready reached their target and they couldn't be wrong. The market may prove they're wrong, but they don't listen to it.
