The purchase of live animals will be accomplished with the understanding that caveats do apply. Equate this to buying a house. A binding offer is made to purchase a home for a given price subject to inspection. Beyond the auction and sale of livestock, I can imagine MBTI becoming the portal for a huge variety of agricultural items like seeds, landscaping supplies, flowers, fertilizers, exotic birds, dogs, fencing equipment, gardening paraphenalia of all kinds for us yuppies, etc…..just use your imagination. There are several aspects to this company that energize me: 1)the CEO has a vision (and that's a powerful thing!) 2) the CEO has a team that makes things happen (he's accomplished what he said he would) 3) this guy knows how to make a profit 4) when you dig down into the MBTI paradigm - it all makes very good sense. Check out the "how to be a broker" information: it's straight forward, not sugar coated and doesn't convey an "Amway" mentality.
