Not me, but a rumor came up, on the threads and in emails, about an MM ready to file, so I thought it might be wise to get a company response to the rumor.

The MINE symbol question is one that should also be responded to, and it should be any easy one.

Do you not think that MINE would have to settle the SEC cases before a MM will take this up?

Probart, I agree with the above and I believe (JMO) that the SEC can actually block the company from going back to the BB even if an MM files the papers.
