Today I found out the main reason why Tilton is so consumed with the stock price. He wants to convert those debentures before March when the interest payments kick in. I have one suggestion for him which I did not bring up in my conversation. A share buyback. With revenues coming in from the shopping mall Tilton could buy back a significant percentage of the float. By doing this he can give a boost to the price of the stock as high as he'd like it to go. With the stock trading so cheap, he can buy a whole lot of shares with a couple hundred grand. I'm sure this idea has been considered. We all would sure like to see those debentures bought at as high a price as possible, because it would lead to less dilution. Tilton can help the process along a great deal by buying back shares. We now know he has the cash flow to do it.
