I believe the answer is a strong yes.

Can it go lower than the 15 cents bid right now. Yes but then we end up playing the guessing game. Should we wait and see if it goes down several more cents before you take a position and take the chance that the company does not release any information for several more days.

If you have some "speuculative money" to invest, you may want to use half now and put a limit order at or just below the present ask then watch it to see if it drops some more and buy then with the remaining amount. Guess it just depends if you want the position badly or not.

As I have a large position with an average cost close to 8 cents, I am waiting for a larger drop than what we have seen so far today before I put anymore money in.
