...a merger with J/L?...oh lordy, the details of this deal should be very interesting. Wonder how much cash and stock will be involved to buy the black box?

Karl, when J/L was involved with Naxos we said the same thing about the dilution being worth it if picked up the intellectual property rights. We also had certified results from Ledoux which later on could not be duplicated by the check labs. Over time it appeared to many of us that the process kept changing and J/L wanted to be compensated before the process was proved through several labs. In the end it did not work out for Naxos shareholders, I hope it works better for you guys. Henry
