Hey, Frank....

I will reiterate that my source indicates a "motion for continuance" will be made to provide Dan another 30-days to get all the ducks nose-to-tail.

I'm waiting on some data from Slime-town, BC as to some SOB's that are screwing with the situation. When I have it in hand, everyone can drop a dime on the jerks - and get them off Dan's back; so he can turn this hummer around.

I repeat; technology is sound, products are re-engineered, additional software support waiting in wings, pot is bubbling! The hang up, as usual, are the FLEETWOOD PHUCQUIERES in B.C. (historical reading required) who trashed this company to begin with.

Somebody "ABSOLUTELY" needs to be at these hearings to speak up as an independent "..friend of the court.." - if Lakhani, the Sleaze-er's, or some other miserable, rectal orifice shows up wanting "..special consideration for their old, under-handed, stockholder-screwing deals..." [like $25/share converions when our price was $0.15]!

Dan Scott is a straight shooter, who will save our bacon - if everyone stays vigilant and helps where and when they can. i.e.; research, study, call friends in the appropriate towns, post what you find out (instead of answerless queries).

If you can make it - first contact David Neale (our/Scott's legal-dude); see previous posts!

John :-)
