one thing that is very simple is take a look at the "toxic" converts debentures because anybody thats been in the business knows this is desperate and disaster move from the beginning. usuaLLY these converts deben have clauses in them if the stock drops to a certain price the convert holders can be issued a certain number of shares which dilutes the company and blows up the stock. i don't know the structure of their convert deal but you can bet the people who just did the converts have clauses to protect them. also, the company just paid their lawyers in stock -cmon-also with all these lawsuits the lawyers will be needing more money and from my point i think abtx will lose any lawsuits because of jt's big mouth. also, the dilution in this baby is building up . how many shares are out fully diluted with converts and warrants. does anybody think abtx will win these lawsuits are out their mind. this baby is ugly and getting uglier. at present not long or short but has bad mouthed this baby for a long time.
