CT REACHES SUPPLY AGREEMENT WITH AUSTRALAISA DISTRIBUTOR - January 26, 1999

Thermal Control Technologies Corp. (ASE:TCT, NASD OTC PINK SHEETS:TCTCF) is pleased to announce that it has established a relationship with the largest engine rebuilder in Australasia specializing in all sizes of engines for automotive, construction, marine, military, mining, power stations, railways, transit and transportation (herein referred to as the "Distributor"). They also offer a complete line of parts (both OEM and Aftermarket) for virtually all engine manufacturers in the world and are ISO 9002 certified. The Distributor has numerous contracts with the Department of Defense, Railway Services Australia, does the majority of machining for the OEM's throughout Australia and holds a number of agreements for exclusive distribution of various diesel and drivetrain technologies in Australia. This Distributor has also expanded its distribution network for machine work and parts distribution into Malaysia and Singapore. The term of this agreement is one year and covers the regions of Australia, New Zealand, New Guinea and surrounding Islands.

TCT is also pleased to announce that William Wagner has been appointed to the Board of Directors (subject to regulatory approval). Currently, Mr. Wagner is the Director of Operations at Thermal Control Technologies Corp.'s Prescott manufacturing facility. Mr. Wagner has been employed in the radiator and cooling industry for more than 25 years and throughout his career developed a number of patents. TCT is a manufacturer of advanced heat exchange equipment for sale and distribution into the automotive, heavy duty truck and industrial equipment, agricultural and marine engine aftermarkets.

TCT's major product is a line of revolutionary charge air coolers for aftermarket installation on Class 8 heavy-duty trucks and on buses. TCT Obtains Certification from Detroit Diesel Corporation - January 7, 1998

Thermal Control Technologies Corp. (ASE: TCT; NASD OTC BB: TCTCF) and Detroit Diesel Corporation (NYSE: DDC) are pleased to announce that testing of TCT's engine cooling system has been completed and the system has met the requirements of DDC and the engine specifications of DDC's Series 50 turbo-charged diesel engine.
