The thread's quiet because no one is overly anxious about these earnings; the street views them in their forward lookign context: i.e. teh worst is behind and the best is ahead. Also, it is common knowledge that the ipo will be offered shortly; so everyone is waiting for word on when. No one is selling; mm's are buying up at these low prices, in order to make a mint on the upward momentum when ipo is announced.
