Great work, thanks to you and Sabrina. ------------------------- y: Dinofontana Reply To #1543 by Joe_Turner Tuesday, 26 Jan 1999 at 2:17 PM EST Post # of 1545 *All I had a very nice discussion with Sabrina this afternoon, The question I had and the answers I recieved are as follows... 1: Where is Terry? a: He is in Bolivia taking a proactive approach to the finacials to ensure no tardiness. 2:Are we trying to get off the pinks and whats the current status? a: Yes we are trying to get off the pinks, We have 3 market houses interested in sponsorship, As soon as the paperwork is turned into the SEC by the MM and processed, we will be on the OTC BB, there is no 30 day wait, we have traded before so we are a renewal not a first time applicant. 3: Whats up with the Symbol? a: We do not know, even our lawers are baffled by this. We have been active on the symbol MINE so as far as we are concerned, we are still MINE, if that changes no big deal. 4: Whats up with the web site? a: A new is in the process of being finished and will be up shortly, if the address is different the word will be spread. 5: Any plans for 1999? a: Terry is drafting a letter to the share holders and that will be out in the near future. 6:Finally whats up with BD &C report? A: we do not know. When BD&C hands the report to the company we will publish the findings. 6a: Will you wait untill off the Pinks to publish the results of the BD&C report? a: No!! by law if the findings of the BD&C report have any signifigants to the staus of the company we must publish the results BY LAW. ** As I did not record the conversation I am not quoting Sabrina I am using MY recollection and nasty short hand to reprint her answers to my qustions.
