Sorry AJ,

Correct me if I am wrong, but:

1) To qualify as a VAR, the VAR MUST have more than one ASE. You talk as if your VAR is an ASE. Is your VAR a one man show?

2) Compaq will not refer customer enquiries to a specific VAR as a matter of policy. Simple, they would really upset the other VAR's who don't get the referals and is bad for business.

Unless things have changed a lot, he'll get no relief from HP either. out of the frying pan, into the fire.
