I will share with you the spin off story of CVG from CSN. I have a friend who is a CSN employee and a shareholder. She got to pick up CVG at its IPO price in August when CVG went public. Jan first 99 the spin off was complete and she got one free share of CVG for every share of CSN that she owned. CSN has gone up significantly since the spin off while CVG has dropped. This situation could be different for us shareholders who are not also employees of CPQ. Also CSN seems unique in that as a regular employee she can purchase CSN stock options.

Anyhow,
I would settle for getting AV shares at the IPO price or getting free shares of it. Both would be even better. I don't think CPQ really knows which way they might go at this point. We may have to wait until the end of the week.
