Henry, I must disagree with your analogy. The fact that everyone knows what phase 1,2 and 3 trials mean does not mean that the information provided in the news releases regarding those trials is proof. It just means its the standard way of doing things...naxos is releasing the type of info that all speculative mining companies issue. Regardless, it seems like the guys at naxos are in a no win situation.....of months everyone on the thread beets them up for not communicating with the shareholders and now they are told that they release too much info. That said....if i was running naxos i wouldn't release a damn thing unless ordered to do so from council. Larry
