I never considered your concerns as illegitimate. I just wanted to clarify your earlier posting.

Has your VAR suggested implementing Compaq Insight Manager at your site? This is huge (and free) value add from CPQ. C.I.M. would have provided active and accurate diagnosis of hardware failures/degradation hopefully saving you downtime and your VAR the expensive diagnosis you have already referred to.

By the way, how many of the eight employees are registered ASE's?

Anyone can tell me are current CPQ shareholders getting the AV shares once it goes to IPO ?
