He was my favorite. I haven't picked up any of it lately, not sure how it would hold up. I also like William Gibson, and I tried to re-read "Neuromancer" lately, and it couldn't hold my attention. But maybe that's just a phase I am going through, I also couldn't finish the new Tom Wolfe ("A Man in Full") or the new Patricia Cornwall ("Southern Cross").
