The conference call is to discuss the earnings release. Most companies do that nowdays to be able to expand on the information in the press release and answer any questions, particularly those from analysts, etc. It is doubtful that NAVR would use this occasion to announce the IPO live. While they may address it informally, a formal announcement would usually be done via press release. I would be surprised if they do announce it formally at this CC. I would agree that the volume this afternoon indicates that someone may know something, but other than that, it's still pure speculation. That said...I would love to see an announcement as soon as possible. Go NAVR! Dave
