To supplement Thomas' fine answer... I do much the same as he does, but also check the SI Spotlight for 52 week Hi & Lo's...sometimes the low is deserved, but many times, not...good place to bottom fish...stocks hitting their 52 week high will tend to run up (depending on what sort of rise got them there) since they have broken all resistance... I also check out volume leaders on the Spotlight, because I'm sure you know that volume generally precedes price... Best of luck to you, Jason Ken
