An elderly Russian man went in to the store to get his family's monthly ration of meat, only to be told there was none to be had. Furious, the elderly man raged at the butcher, cursing the wretched state of affairs, the endless lines, and the constant shortages. On his way out he was met by a sinister man in a black coat.
