Siemens would not buy them. They've got SDH technology from their GPT joint venture. Siemens may look outside or buy a company that help them sell the stuff they already have. Say 3COM gateway helping them sell HICOM PABX systems. But it does not answer your question.
Siemens is more likely to buy Newbridge

My personal opinion is that Csco wouldn't touch TLAB. no reason to. however that's only my opinion....
