Thanks for the report on your chat with Raquel. The lack of progress on the website must be even more maddening for them, but I feel that Madera is getting its corporate nose tweaked for slights directed at AIE from various sources.

I agree with your commentary...this is a long-term value play for me, and I don't play the bounces because I don't enjoy that sort of thing, I suppose.

I am going to to enjoy my own woods...the sun it our for the first time in days.

Great post...
I have talked to her...she seems reasonably knowledgeable, however she told me the 96 million was for all the property. Maybe she meant in Brazil...(communication error)...
