They just said they "want to be real careful what they say about NetRadio IPO so they do not violate SEC rules which would delay release another 60 days

Cheney mentioned that he couldn't talk about the NetRadio IPO, or NAVR would be fine witht a 60 day "cooling off" period. NetRadio sounds like it is coming out.
