Doug - Nothing fancy, just a news sweep and reading the various CPQ threads. I have nothing solid on the 12/1 stock deal, but several people reported they heard it on CNBC this AM. All just speculation and running some numbers at this point. The info in that post is just public data from SI (number of shares) which I did the simple math on (shares / 12 is AV share float, float times $4 (which is CPQ price divided by 12) is $2B. But Kumar thought $2B was the right number for an IPO so this seems to hold together. We'll just have to wait for real info, maybe on friday at the analyst breifing.
