What happened? You bought stock in a company on the verge of bankruptcy. Maybe you missed the SEC form 424B3 filed only two weeks ago on 1/11/99? "Recently, the Company has generated significant operating losses and has failed to generate positive cash flow. As a result ... the Company is subject to numerous claims for collection of past due amounts and are past due on certain of its debt obligations."

What happened? The insiders saw no hope for viable products, so they decided to get rich hyping up their stock price and then dumping their shares on novice speculators. Maybe you missed all the recent press releases rehashing old news, followed by massive insider sales filings with the SEC?

What happened? You grossly overpaid for a stock that was under $2 only 2 weeks ago. Within a month this stock will be down to a dollar, in a few months it will trade near zero on the OTC BB.

What happened? Your greed caused you to gamble your money and lose it all. Didn't you learn about greed in Bible study? It's one of the seven deadly sins. Repent now while you can still get some of your money back.
