To get listed on the AMEX it will take more than the audit. It will take a stock price of around 3+ for a month or so. That should do it. Now, if LEAH decides to go for the Nasdaq it will probably take a price of 5 for a couple of months. The problem is that is is tough to get the price up and keep it up while it is on the OTCBB.
