No. I specifically asked the company's exact name
when I was speaking to them. The first message I
was so mad I misquoted it.

BTW, I looked up our contract to make sure
it was the correct company. This is the
worst company I have ever done business
with in the computer industry. Period.
Repeated calls to their customer service
have done no good whatsoever. While I
repeatedly informed them that our company
was taking a big hit, asking to speak to
a senior manager, explaining that I would
have to take legal action if they did not
attempt to resolve this issue, I got nowhere.
Tomorrow, per my word, I will actually must
initiate legal proceedings in order to save
my company.

Here is how bad it has been. If they had
not continuously promised to expedite our
warranty repair parts, we would have gone
elsewhere to find these parts. But day
after day all week they have promised, and
not delivered. We have now ordered a new
server from a different source. But the
damage done to our ISP has likely been done.
