Hello, lws, Your question is a very good one. I think you may have a better opportunity to have it answered at the meeting. Its a good idea. I do challenge your statement that Berg has stood by Dawson through thick and thin. You will recall that Dawson left under unclear circumstances in 1994 when he was replaced by Reed. He did not return until 1 year ago. Your comments on the issues I posted will be appreciated.

I tried to make this point a few weeks ago when I commented that the board was not likely to sit back and watch while Lev & co. marched over the cliff like a group of lemmings. I believe they have good reason for their confidence, based on the fact that they know more about what's going on than we do, and this provides considerable support for my own level of confidence as well. I'll be interested in your assessment of the group at the meeting. - T -
