If that happens tomorrow you should deffinitely sell today. <G> A thought as I've read the posts about AV IPO/Spinoff. Which would be best for the long term porspects of the company? I think that is where you will find the answer as to how this is going to be done. A short term gain for some shareholders does not increase shareholder value for all. I will not even get one whole share of AV at a 1/12 swap. But a growing revenue stream and increased growth over the next five years will. Just a thought. jb
