co. gets a restraining order, yet bashers claim victory co. gets injunctive relief, yet bashers claim victory * jboxford sends stock to dtc to avoid returning to court as ordered * co. files motion to extend injunction & restraining order to dtc to get stock returned that jboxford claims was sent to dtc co. gets defaults against mann, shoreline & whitecliffe & stock is cancelled, bashers claim victory & that the stock can not be cancelled or returned w/o "interpleader" & "trial". aznt & dtc negotiate stipulation that dtc will be dropped from case if the stock is returned & freeze lifted , dtc does not honor agreement. bashers claim dtc is going to sue aznt. * dtc requests a compromise. they will lift freeze & return stock if aznt states 1.2 million shares are free trading stock. the short against 4 million is 1.2 million shares. aznt says "see you in court". janice claims that dtc may have rejected sylver's demands, but there were no "agreements". * aznt rejects compromise. shell claims we don't know who maclean is. * hearing is 1/29, dtc will be added to suit & be forced to defend not lifting freeze or they will lift freeze to avoid be named to the case. spider
