Has anyone seen SFLK? It was up again today as the announcement of their latest finalizing deal comes near. I know that they have a revolutionary e-mail product which enhances user communications through natural voice and visual graphics and that they have a small float, therefore it moves on small volume. If anyone has any info on this one please let me know.

Thanks,

Impeccable

The current pullback in RDIM could end up being a good buying opportunity. Far too many internet related stocks have flown far too high and lost all reason to expect technical support on the way back down. To be fair RDIM is roughly 4 times higher than it was just a little over 1 month ago but many investors are not happy because they expect more news and the associated rapid advancement in the stock price.

The news will come. The stock price will rise but lets let it go higher without tremendous speculation and additional daytrading. If anyone wants to know more about RDIM, the Small Cap Journal Online has an excellent description of where the company is heading:

Date: 28 January 1999, RDI Marketing, Inc. Bloomfield, CT. (Symbol: RDIM) It was announced today that it will be exhibiting their new web site and avatar technology at the Money Show in a three (3) day presentation workshop held at Walt Disney World's Coronado Springs Resort. The three day exposition will allow RDIM to preview their technology and business model to thousands of investors and members of the brokerage community.

The conference will offer valuable investment information plus important workshops RDIM will host a dynamic presentation regarding wholesale buying clubs and the future of Internet shopping on-line given by RDI Marketing, Inc. CEO John Folger. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet and discuss the progress and future of RDI with Mr. Folger and important members of the executive management team. The web technology unlike anything you have ever seen and will probably be the forerunner of most consumer web sites in the near future.

RDIM was organized to become the largest private wholesale consumer buying network in the United States. Through RDIM's world class management staff, the company is striving to transform an industry comprised of fragmented single unit operations. RDIM's plans will revolutionize the existing industry, through its state-of-the-art e-commerce technology. RDIM takes advantage of the combined power of the Internet, demographic and psychographic customer profiling, and sophisticated database marketing to expand membership and solidify membership loyalty.

RDIM's e-commerce service will allow members to comparison shop among multiple manufacturers and suppliers. Additionally, the site will have live links for updated and current catalogue information. For those consumers who are not computer literate, in addition to the physical locations, RDIM is adopting WEB TV type technology to enable home-style shopping like QVC. The difference, of course, is that instead of waiting for the cubic zirconium to become available at 3 AM, you can make your own choices for products and time. The site will also offer live audio and video product presentations sponsored by the vendors.

RDIM Relevant Information: Only 360,000 shares left unaccounted for in the float.

This stock is poised for a major rise.

Good news is coming and we have probably no more than a very short period of time to buy under $1 if we all continue to hold steadfastly to our shares. Make no mistake I'm not trying to dictate how other investors handle their investment in RDIM. You are free to buy, sell or hold as you desire. Keep in mind however that each and every one of us holds a bit of the destiny of this company in our hands.

The law of supply and demand exists in every market. We have the supply of RDIM cornered and we can help to determine where this company goes from here. Every one dollar rise in share price is going to lower the number of restricted shares that will be issued for future acquisitions exponentially. These shares will be restricted for one year(minimum). That delays any further dilution to us while the company grows. It will be nice to see that dilution kept to a minimum. The company plans to do a follow on SB2 offering of restricted shares to raise approximately $20 million in additional working capital. There will be less restricted shares issued with the stock at a higher price.

Many thanks to all the shareholders who shared the specifics of their holdings. Specifically I would like to thank:

Brenda, ByloCellhi, The Flicks, Prosperous Soul, James Reinhart and friends, A Salerno and friends, Linda Espeland, Patchman, Jim Marks, linkes02, J Malek Baroody, TOPFUEL, John White, Russ Dulmaine, wlcnyc, John Flaherty, Paul S., FJ, Gator, Wayne Finucan, JRS, Luis, WALLY, KIWI, neighbor and friends, JPfan, Craig Wilson, rick f

If your name does not appear on this list then I cannot add your shares to the estimated control we have of the float. If it is here and you add to your holdings next week I would like you to give me a new total of your shares owned. I will then add your new numbers into the overall estimated control we have of the float.

I can be reached via private messages here at SI. I watch the direct posting and you can always e mail me at jfhenken@ix.netcom.com

Thanks Jeff
