INDI--I CALLED (212)-843-2777 AND SPOKE TO HANK CLARK WHO IS THE VP OF FINANCE. HE TOLD ME THAT: 1) CEO JONATHAN STIENBERG WILL APPEAR ON NBC TODAY SHOW, IS WHAT HE HEARD. 2) YAHOO / INDI DEAL IS REAL AND THAT THE SITE IS IN ITS LAST STAGES OF BETA TESTING. THERE WILL BE A RELEASE ONCE IT IS COMPLETED SHORTLY. 3) I ASKED ABOUT AOL DEAL AND HE SAID THAT HE HAD NO COMMENT AT THIS TIME. In my own opinion, longs are going to be extremely happy --and rich--when indi issues announcements on Yahoo deal and AOL deal as well. STAY INFORMED, CJS
