I can't provide a date as to when they will do that but just as a guess I would say, hmmmmmm, ahhhhhh, considering that they've fell for some silly stories in the past and got took and didn't learn from it, and also considering the possible fact that they have made some money on other BB stocks that happened to go up when they rolled the dice, i'd say the answer to your question is, maybe never, or when they go broke, whichever comes first.

Well, if I was still a bookie I would make the line 2-1 against any (your choice of idiots) of these touts pumping a stock that has up to date filings made and has actually ever shown a profit before for their next hype job. What, or how much, were you wanting to bet? BTW, if you bet, you have to take the odds.....in other words you have to bet that the one you choose will pump a profitable reporting company, I won't take the other side.
