many things. put/call ratio, declining short interest as of last week, blowofff vol over the last couple weeks that peaked out on GOOD news (this is key) Lots of people are still trapped in losing positions. Internet stocks appear to have put in tops and will likely complete their right shoulders tomorrow on EBAY's and AMZN's "great" earnings, world fundi's (no need to discuss cause nobody cares),

and last but not least... bears on SI throwin in the towel and laughing at the idea that this could possibly be a top (G)

lots of other things too, but when it comes down to it, it is afterall just a hunch as to the exact timing. And a top here "feels" right.
