They should have put "IMO" after that statement.

And GE has the SEC scrutinizing them, yet such statements can be made by others. Yeah, I know, GE is under the SEC microscope for the reasons we all know. I wish the SEC could update those they "protect" somehow. Is this the usual amount of time they take to decide a case? Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

Glad to see you weren't trying to stir up more CHIT between SUNR and MINE by insinuating the Cangalli would prefer a different partner. First, there is a legal binding agreement between the coop and MINE and second, SUNR has said repeatedly they have enough on their plate with the Challana and flat out aren't interested in stealing someone else's property. Geez, let's not go back to all the BS that flew around that rumor a while back. No more soap opera stuff!
