AJ, Well we can get subjective here but suffice it to say, I get very good service from Compaq and their services department in NY. One of the best project managers I have met to date works here in NY and we gel so well you cannot tell who works for who when we are together. That is real progress man when you get down to it. I don't really use VAR's because I have this self-sufficient thing going on in my head. However, I obviously use services. One more point worth mentioning is that if new hardware is going to fail, it is going to fail really quick. So out-of-the-box issues I don't really go crazy about. Mark
