Not a huge premium, although of course we don't know how much the current price already reflects the deal.

Actually, based on the current prices, looks like a "takeunder" to me, as AGPH will likely drop somewhat tomorrow, to reflect the discount inherent in stock deals, especially if WLA drops tomorrow as the acquirers stock usually does.
