"I was hoping you (or someone here) would fill ME in!" I believe they have found a worm hole so they can transport their technology to other galaxies. This way they can set the standards of all civilizations everywhere. Any planet in any solar system can communicate anywhere with a JINI enabled device. I think Mr. Gates and his plug and plop is in trouble! :) Antitrades!!
