Germaniac; LOL ya I was sort of laughing ( to myself anyway. ) I just hate to get in the middle of this thing as I know so many are on both sides of the street. Also it's hard to break down what I see to a post. But I will try later tonight being I've used up most of my dry powder and bought about all I can for right now. It's better than most of the posters seem to think, the confusion seems to be that the news media and such didn't take the deal apart a section at a time, then add up the pieces. It don't look so bad. While I did buy in July 97 at 6+, ( I also sold in August 97 at 6++) So I guess that just counting my luck there has me smiling as it wasn't skill on my part. I was going off and sold everything in Aug of 97 except one mutual fund, and wish I had dumped that as I didn't get back until after the OCT correction. More l8r Jim
