That's what I was sort of thinking ..listening to the CC, they seemed..kind of giddy, chuckling like schoolboys that had just pulled a fast one.... (which stuck me as odd behavior for old guys! ;-)

Dave, I listened to the NAVR cc today. I thought they were in really good moods and basically confirmed that the IPO is right on plan as announced during a TV interview. I always warn myself not to read anything into a comment and take it at face value. I am long 1000 shares so I would be inclined to jump at anything he said. But I am just going to be cool and wait for the official news. I also saw the comment about the 60 days period but am not really clear on it myself. I thought it was before filing and that is why they haven't mentioned it since early Dec. zora
