Then, the Crown Prince met with officials from Exxon Corp., Mobil Corp., Chevron Corp. and other top U.S. oil companies." excerpt from Bloomberg.....I think the Saudi Gov't will advise the US that they can no longer tolerate low oil prices and "tow the line" thus giving the US advance warning of sever cuts in the March meeting.
