You mean anything to compare with splits on Ibm, msft, 3 points on Dell, msft up 9, yhoo up 39 -- Standard stuff like that?
Yeah there was one little item on Ebay, like a 3/1 split and up 20 afterhours as already reported. Might make web stocks head for the moon.
I may jump on that one as I love splits, buy a call( if they have them)
Also a 2/1 split on brcm ( lotta good tech earnings tonite
Looks as though the Web wars/consolidations are just beginning

Mohan,

As the afternoon went by, more and more folks on the Compaq thread were getting frustrated and wondered whether they as shareholders will get anything out of this AV announcement. Some of them are suggesting that they have been deceived by CPQ management.....once again.

I guess that they're starting to realize that EP is no MSD when it comes to honesty and respect toward shareholders.
