SCOTT: APPARENTLY SOMEONE LISTENING TODAY.............. have flagged this stock from MM's - CTSL....he recently hit CSON right on the nose...latest issue says - buy VICL up to $16.00................for a 2 yr. target of $100.00....all should do their own DD. Best, Don

But true to form the low teens beckon once again. Who is doing this? And why does someone advise buying up to 16/shr. with a target of 100? Seems like that should be buy up to 80.00 with a target of 100.00. I am genuinely baffled by this stock and it's lack of appreciation while the fundamentals just continue to mount in what seems to be an enormous potential. I have held for 2 1/2 years and wowee! I am up 3/8! Jim
