That would be a double. Its a triplesince the Oct 8th reversal. I'm still not seeing a lot of strength in the markets. the list above was teh result of my usual screens, and usually I have to reduce half or more of those to get what I consider the best opportunities. The CPS, which is the S&P 500 Cap Index is down over 12% since Dec 31, Both the SPX and OEX are forming pennants, but the NDX (Nasdaq 100 is still cranking up). That isn't terribly surprising, as all the best performing Computer, Technology and Interent Mutual Funds all are mirroring the stocks in the XCI (Computer Index) - meaning that's what they own. However, most funds are still averaging more than 2% below their 1/20/99 high. In fact, only three of the 60 funds I track are positive since that date: Fidelity Select Computer 0.59% Rydex URSA 2.05% Profund Ultra Bear 3.46% The fact that two of those are bear Funds isn't encouraging. So yes, I still have all the funds in cash, but I am wondering when its going to go up or down. This going horizontal isn't giving me much to analyze. lastshadow
