I guess we would have to agree with Binder, progress not promises! Someone is taking notice! We should make that a requirement for any future OTC purchases.

Being in construction I have had the (unfortunate) opportunity to engage a service such as NORM Services Group, Inc.. The unfortunate part was the cost! We were in the process of removing an underground fuel storage tank. It was supposed to be empty but after it was punctured we quickly determined it wasn't! The project was on the Florida Intercoastal so I grabbed my butt then the Yellow Pages. Looked up environmental and called.

I actually checked out Norm and found them in the "Environmental & Ecological Services" section of the Yellow Pages. I don't know the extent of their listing but I did find them.

Having reviewed the whole operation I found it to be simple and logical. One of those "why didn't I think of that" days. Of course we didn't have all the supplies and the specialty contractor I used had them on hand. They knew how to use them (and how to charge for them) very proficiently. I look at NORM in the same light.

I am well aware C.N.H. Holdings is more than NORM but there's nothing like a "cash cow" to finance further expansion. From my experience in business companies don't easily enter into 24-hour shifts, as noted in their last press release. Usually it's a lucrative deal with the potential for a long-term client(s). Seems like sound business policy to me!

Well I guess I OVER ANSWERED your opinion so I'll go back to my hole!<VBG>
