Glenn, is the upper resistance at 22 or so? And you're saying you see support at 17 1/2?

DVD is here. The only "pure DVD" play = DISK (Image Entertainment)

Recent article on company in Individual Investor
iionline.com.

DISK facts:
- DISK is the largest independent distributor of Laser Disks/DVDs in the world

- In '95 and '96, DISK was making 50 cents a share selling Laser Disks! Do you know anyone who owned a Laser Disk player? Now they are fully positioned for the DVD phenomenon.

- DISK is the only public company that exists as a "pure play" on DVDs

- DISK has recently purchased www.kencranes.com, an DVD e-tailer

- There are approximately 16 million shares outstanding, 40% owned by insiders

- Included in the 16 million is a recent secondary offering of 2.4 million shares (Dec '98), sold at about $5/share

- Insiders bought at least 800,000 shares of the secondary offering

- The largest owner of Image Entertainment is John Kluge (the multi-billionaire owner of Muze)

- A new huge automated warehouse is shipping now and scheduled to be 100% operational in February.

- DVD movies are only the beginning. In a year, DVDs will have replaced CDs in PCs. DISK is positioned to sell DVD software as well.

- The public does not yet fully comprehend the profound invasion of DVD. Blockbusters, and all major brick and mortar retailers are moving towards DVD.

- Image Entertainment has exclusive distribution rights to many DVDs and continues to obtain exclusive rights on others.

- DISK supplies DVDs to many DVD e-tailers (including Amazon)

Hey Glenn,

Did you see ALDNF today? Close up 7/8 or 7% at 13. High was 13 7/8. Any thoughts? I am still long. Earnings come out Feb 12 and I think they will beat estimates. Consensus is for .24 cents I believe. Rumor on YHOO msg board is CHPKF and MSFT have been in talks with them. Can't confirm yet though. Regards, Keith

Could you PM Tim's wonderful worldwide web page! Thanks.
