Hey Essam

I have talked to the prez. of Swift Trade a couple of times. The franchise fee is $350,000. I figure $200,000-250,000 extra to get the building (lease), computers, advertising, staff, etc. If someone out there wants to lend me half a million or so I will front the rest of the money :))).
