Anyone; Did anyone have contact with the company today? I was unable to call. I am curious as to how the conversation between our lawyers and their lawyers went. Is a press release regarding the validity of post #3002 forthcoming? TIA. Mike H

I just read my ....paper.. I received from Sungold, I didn't see anything that made me smile. What the heck did you see? I hate to say this, I have been behind the company for years, but this stinks. After I got screwed by BRE-X, I realised anything can go wrong, and never ignore warning signs. If you guys beat me up for saying this, you have your heads in the sand. Sungold NEEDS to counter this post from the BAND...IMMEDIATELY...PERIOD I remember a saying: A statement made that is not challenged, will stand as fact, weather true or false.
