Yeah, but Lather, I think you are talking about bungholes in beer barrels or something. This has to do with my latest trip to Lucky World, the Korean grocery, where I saw such things on the meat counter as beef pizzles, pork uteri and pork bungs. I am willing to make a very large bet that after you cleaned a pork bung, you'd throw it away. Not cook it.

Is it the one that is, say, 14" tall, 12" deep, and maybe seven inches thick? If so, it's good enough, but it has "pizzle" in it. If you mean the one that is maybe 9" tall, 7" deep and 2" thick, it's not good enough. Doesn't have "pizzle."<eom>
